
About the Role
•Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair boats and/or Jet Skis and able to test drive them to verify repairs
•Prioritize and Perform Watercraft Repairs and Services
•Be self-sufficient, prioritize and perform repairs and service in a timely manner
•Work individually and in a team setting
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have valid Driver’s License and clean positive driving record
Must have Virginia Boaters Safety Certification or acquire within 30 days
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair on mechanical engines
Must be able to pull and back up a trailer efficiently
Effective communication and interactive skills, with the ability to work with others and customers
History of working with basic power tools in either a marine, automotive or construction setting
Experience working in a shop setting
