All You Need To Know

Do you make appointments? 

We do not currently make appointments for customers.  We do require customer to drop off their watercraft and we will put it on the schedule once on our premises.  

How long will it take to repair my item?

This is not a straight forward answer, because each boat is different, part demands, and our current schedule will determine how long it will take to repair your watercraft.  We try our best to give you the most accurate time frame possible for repairs.  All cases are case by case basis.  

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, and most Major debit or credit cards.  

How Do I pick up my boat? 

When coming to pick up your watercraft, please check in at the office first to take care of any invoices.  Then we will direct you around back to the pick up area.  We will bring the boat out to you.  

How do I drop my boat off? 

We ask that you drive around the back of the building following the signs to the drop off area and park your watercraft.  If we do not greet you in the back where you are parking, please come around to the front of the office and check in.  

Is your boat yard secure? 

Our boat yard is fenced in with a locked gate and has security cameras positioned around the lot.  

Where do you test drive at? 

If your watercraft requires a test drive for diagnosis or to confirm a repair we have multiple locations we test drive water craft at.  Those locations are on Appomattox River and in Lake Chesdin.  

Do you offer monthly storage? 

Yes.  We do offer monthly storage options for your watercraft, trailer, or RV.  Contact us for pricing!
