About the Role
- Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair boats and/or Jet Skis and able to test drive them to verify repairs
- Prioritize and Perform Watercraft Repairs and Services
- Be self-sufficient, prioritize and perform repairs and service in a timely manner
- Work individually and in a team setting
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have valid Driver's License and clean positive driving record
- Must have Virginia Boaters Safety Certification or acquire within 30 days
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair on mechanical engines
- Must be able to pull and back up a trailer efficiently
- Effective communication and interactive skills, with the ability to work with others and customers
- History of working with basic power tools in either a marine, automotive or construction setting
- Experience working in a shop setting
